Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, aggregate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Identify and interpret trends and patterns
Prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations
Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
Produce KPI reports, perform root cause analysis, and recommend operational improvements
Use analytics and metrics to forecast potential costs, risks, and profits
Communicate findings and business strategy recommendations to stakeholders
Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad hoc report requests
Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data
Build relationships with team members and subject matter experts
Lead small projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Advanced skill using business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Advanced skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
Advanced skill in complex data manipulation across multiple tables
Skill communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences
Skill with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python and R
Intermediate skill in using work products to tell a story through visualizations, design aesthetics, and words
Research skills
Interpersonal skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
