About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Payroll, Time and Labor business unit in integrating SaaS systems into existing business processes and provide best-practice input
  • Perform advanced Oracle HCM cloud systems configurations aligned with organizational needs
  • Troubleshoot system issues and oversee system development for assigned workstreams
  • Manage data migration projects
  • Provide user support and training on Oracle HCM Payroll functionalities
  • Identify functionality gaps and recommend solutions
  • Manage the SDLC process from requirement intake through deployment
  • Consult and support internal customers as a trusted advisor
  • Design and document technical solutions for functional system requirements
  • Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts
  • Lead small projects and initiatives
  • Research, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM SaaS cloud systems and payroll solutions
  • Support enterprise network systems, applications, data migration/integration solutions, and vendor services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent training, education, and experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in function
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of Payroll, Time and Labor and Absence
  • Advanced skill in SaaS cloud developer tools such as Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), Generative AI Chatbots, and Content/Knowledge development
  • Advanced skill with case management and ticketing systems, such as Service Now and ADO
  • Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others
  • Advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with external contacts and all levels of management and staff
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, AI concepts, and related duties such as designing, planning, administering, developing, or maintaining cloud-based applications
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
  • Monday-Friday availability, 8:00AM-4:30PM
