About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with stakeholders, product leadership, engineers, operations, security partners, and vendors to gather, clarify, document, and prioritize requirements
- Coordinate projects and cross-team initiatives from intake through implementation
- Support vulnerability management, remediation plans, risk documentation, closure validation, and status reporting
- Coordinate SDLC and release-management activities, upgrades, CI/CD alignment, decommissioning, and production implementation
- Support change management, incident and problem management, disaster recovery, audit support, security controls, and operational readiness
- Translate business processes, customer journeys, operational needs, and control requirements into technical concepts, process flows, user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans
- Develop and maintain product and operational documentation, runbooks, continuity plans, decision records, reporting, and executive-ready status updates
- Communicate complex technical information in clear business language and report progress, risks, decisions, and blockers
- Participate in after-hours or 24/7 support coverage for critical incidents, releases, or production events as required
- Provide guidance to team members and standardize analysis, documentation, and delivery practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, business systems analysis, product analysis, software engineering, infrastructure operations, or a related technology discipline
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documentation, and delivery planning
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe delivery frameworks, backlog management, sprint planning, dependency coordination, PI Planning, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of CIAM platforms and identity technologies such as ForgeRock, PingFederate, Daon, or comparable solutions
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, risk-based authentication, and MFA
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2, passkeys, and related protocols
- Experience supporting identity platforms in cloud or hybrid environments, including Kubernetes (AKS), Linux-based systems, cloud platforms, system integrations, APIs, and operational support practices
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives
- Working knowledge of SDLC, release management, testing coordination, CI/CD pipelines, production support, vulnerability remediation, and risk management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, drive consensus, and lead initiatives across multiple teams
