About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Third-Party Risk Management program documentation and process improvements
- Summarize updates, organize materials, and identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and adoption
- Track action items, timelines, status updates, and deliverables
- Develop stakeholder communications and training materials explaining TPRM requirements, processes, and expectations
- Support vendor risk assessments and engage with risk management subject matter experts
- Compile and analyze TPRM data for program reporting, dashboards, program materials, and process improvements
- Collaborate with business units, risk owners, subject matter experts, enterprise partners, team members, and business partners
- Develop presentations, training content, and program materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Operational Risk Management, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
- Familiarity with risk management best practices, risk and control concepts, third-party risk management, or related risk disciplines
- Familiarity with creating clear business materials, including process maps, presentations, standard operating procedures, training guides, and other process or requirements documents
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines effectively
- Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET
- 12-week internship beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027
