About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution

Report to the Processing Operations Manager
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to enhance processes and ensure smooth transaction flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
Experience working in a financial institution or a company in the payment processing industry
Experience in reconciliation, transaction matching, or financial operations
Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and automation
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies
Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
Fluency in Lithuanian language is needed
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience in FinTech/Payments industry is preferred
