About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective Lone Soldiers before, during, and after military service
- Provide guidance, information, and referrals regarding military, personal, and communal matters
- Assist soldiers in navigating military bureaucracy and accessing relevant resources and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of soldier interactions through phone calls, meetings, and case documentation
- Offer ongoing support and follow-up to soldiers facing personal, logistical, or service-related challenges
- Plan, coordinate, and execute programs, projects, and events for Lone Soldiers
- Deliver presentations and workshops in person and virtually to soldiers, parents, and community groups
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure comprehensive support for soldiers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level English proficiency
- Excellent Hebrew communication skills
- Former Lone Soldier in the IDF
- Bachelor's degree
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing as part of a team
- Additional language proficiency (advantageous)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (advantageous)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (advantageous)
- Experience in project management, event planning, or community engagement (advantageous)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools (advantageous)
