About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strengthen portfolio governance across Network Engineering
- Develop and embed governance frameworks
- Support Enterprise Technology Delivery processes
- Ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Coordinate governance forums
- Oversee portfolio and CAPEX reporting
- Support prioritisation and funding decisions
- Enable collaboration across stakeholder groups
- Provide clear insights and facilitate decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement
- Help ensure initiatives are well governed, strategically aligned, and delivered with measurable business value
- Report to the Executive Manager, Technology Portfolio Governance and Delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- Experience across diverse project management methodologies
- Demonstrated success in portfolio, program, or project management
- Strong experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Experience driving value outcomes
- Ability to navigate competing priorities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Well-organised and disciplined approach to planning, governance, and delivery
