About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units within nbn
- Deliver key programs and projects in alignment with business objectives
- Drive projects through discovery, requirements gathering, implementation, and benefits realisation
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management
- Prepare project documentation and presentations for governance forums and senior stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Support transformation and continuous improvement across Field Services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, governance, and execution capabilities
- Experience driving projects through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation and benefits realisation
- Experience with resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management
- Ability to work in accordance with PMO governance standards
- Ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and presentations for governance forums and senior stakeholders
- Full working rights in Australia
