Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units
Develop, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation
Ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
Coordinate diverse stakeholders across nbn
Map cross-functional processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver capabilities enhancing operational performance
Oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, change management, and reporting
Ensure delivery aligns with PMO frameworks and quality standards
Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels
Build alignment across complex environments
Support delivery of multiple workstreams
Prepare governance materials and executive-level communications
Provide insight into project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Drive improvements supporting Field Services and the broader organisation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation, business improvement, or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations
Strong project management expertise
Recognised project management qualifications
Successful delivery of outcomes through cross-functional teams in dynamic and evolving environments
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams through executive leaders
Clear communication and ability to influence outcomes
Ability to navigate competing priorities and work with ambiguity
Proactive identification of risks and opportunities
