About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, research, and complete paperwork required for Bank Secrecy Act compliance
- Review and verify OFAC compliance reports from FiServ transaction, time, loan, safe deposit, and ICIF systems and shareholder services
- Maintain databases and logs, including the Unusual Activity Referral Database, Memento, BSA Case Log, and BAM 2.0 SAR Manager
- Assist with obtaining critical information for investigations, including record retrieval and branch communications
- Assist with deploying surveys and risk assessments under the Bank’s Information Security Program
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prepare, retrieve, and maintain documents and reports for daily use and review
- Report to the BSA Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of banking or customer service experience required
- Knowledge and application of Microsoft Windows products, specifically Excel and Word
- Good organizational and clerical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
