About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with developing, maintaining, and distributing key metrics reports for retail banking
- Support ongoing measurement and analysis of reporting, including accuracy and validation
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to track and monitor product, sales, service, and overall performance
- Work closely with more senior analysts
- Assist with research and development for departmental analytical and reporting needs
- Help identify trends and recognize opportunities for enhancement
- Support department initiatives and compliance efforts as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a role demonstrating analytical skill required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with reporting tools including InformEnt
