About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groups
  • Participate in project initiatives and production support
  • Analyze and trend utilization metrics of various systems
  • Provide business recovery support relating to IT initiatives
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT-related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Strong PC skills in a Windows environment
  • Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Basic project management skills and ability to multitask
  • May be required to work nights and/or weekends
  • Valid driver's license
  • Required to possess or obtain A+ certification within 12 months of employment
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Employer does not sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Ability to remain stationary 75% of the time or greater
  • Ability to move objects up to 10 lbs
