Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade customer equipment and related hardware, software, and network components.
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service and minimize downtime.
Provide technical support across customer environments and third-party technologies.
Maintain day-to-day customer relationships, communicate service updates, and escalate issues as required.
Diagnose problems using service requests, system observations, and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Own customer issues through resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Complete maintenance, service, and activity reports while ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
