About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls
Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
Organize and triage customer issues and address problems proactively
Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to identify solutions
Complete formal virtual and hands-on training
Represent the NCR Atleos brand while supporting financial institutions and retailers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Local candidate to the specific geographic area
At least 19 years of age
Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to travel for prolonged periods, driving several hours per day
Ability to work rotating and weekend shifts
Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes
Employment conditional upon passing applicable screening criteria
