About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Riparare, manutenere e installare le apparecchiature installate nella regione Lazio
- Garantire la continuità del servizio e alti livelli di soddisfazione del cliente
- Risolvere i disservizi fino alla risoluzione soddisfacente per i clienti e/o conforme agli accordi sul livello di servizio
- Operare su apparecchiature NCR, inclusi prodotti finanziari/bancomat, PC, workstation e periferiche, stampanti e sistemi POS front-end
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma di maturità tecnica o equivalente, con preferenza per figure ITIS (indirizzo informatica)
- Conoscenza lingua Inglese
- Capacità di lavorare con la suite Microsoft Office
- Conoscenze di base del sistema operativo Windows
- Capacità di operare con una supervisione minima
- Buone capacità di problem solving
- Capacità di acquisire rapidamente nuove competenze
- Disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili che includono notti, fine settimana, straordinari, turni e reperibilità
- Attitudine ad operare sia su parti meccaniche che elettriche
- Esperienza nella manutenzione dell'hardware del computer (desktop, server, periferiche)
