Key responsibilities & impact

Represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response at customer locations
Perform basic module-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary
Organize and plan work time effectively
Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations
Provide consistent and clear communication through the service app
Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs
Complete NCR Atleos-specific trainings and certifications
Diagnose ATM problems using error logs, service-app information, and a company-provided cell phone
Perform minor ATM maintenance and repairs indoors and outdoors
Accurately report work updates, call-closure details, hours worked, and miles driven
Maintain parts inventory and related records
Work at a variety of customer locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in the specified geographic area
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the US
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly
Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements
Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone
Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including in inclement weather
Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects
Reliable transportation for work purposes
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts
Ability to safely work outside during all seasons with potential exposure to the elements
Proof of minimum insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage liability per accident
Associate's degree preferred
Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred
