About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent NCR Atleos as the first line of response at customer locations
Troubleshoot ATMs at the basic module level (FRU)
Organize and plan work effectively and escalate issues appropriately
Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems
Follow ATM safety and security procedures
Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications
Diagnose problems using ATM error logs and the service app on a company-provided cell phone
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on indoor and outdoor ATMs
Report work updates, details, and call closure information accurately and promptly
Maintain parts inventory and related records
Report hours worked and miles driven daily
Communicate clearly through the service app to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in the specified geographic area
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the US
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge
Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements
Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone
Reliable transportation for work purposes
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and potential exposure to the elements
Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including inclement weather
Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Required minimum auto insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage liability per accident
An associate degree is preferred
Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred
