About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent NCR Atleos as the first line of response at customer locations
Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU)
Organize and plan work time effectively and escalate issues appropriately
Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations
Communicate clearly through the service app to maintain customer satisfaction
Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs
Complete NCR Atleos training and certifications
Diagnose ATM problems using error logs and information from the service app
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on indoor and outdoor ATMs
Report work updates, details, and call closure information accurately and promptly
Maintain parts inventory and related records
Report hours worked and miles driven daily

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in the specified geographic area
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the US
Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements
Reliable transportation for work purposes
Familiarity with and ability to operate an Android cell phone
Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including in inclement weather
Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects
Proof and maintenance of required minimum insurance coverage: Bodily Injury Liability of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident; Property Damage Liability of $100,000 per accident
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts
Ability to work outdoors during all seasons with potential exposure to the elements
High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge
Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly and work under pressure
Associate degree preferred
Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred
