Key responsibilities & impact

Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs
May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage

What you’ll need

Local candidate to the specific geographic area
One (1) or more years of related experience
Authorized to work in the United States
At least 19 years of age
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
Ability to perform essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day; rotating and weekend shifts; carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance; bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements manipulating objects of various sizes
Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software preferred
A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification preferred
