Fleet Monitoring Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilize various remote access and analytical tools to continuously monitor ATM fleet performance and diagnose issues
- Tag ATMs that are performing poorly or starting to show signs of poor performance
- Proactively order parts needed to resolve issues and avoid unnecessary field technician dispatches and revisits
- Tag potential poor-performing ATMs to prioritize maintenance and repairs
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and potential issues before they escalate
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Support, Engineering and Field teams to ensure the right technician, parts, repair advice and documentation are provided
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactive, analytical and technical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English language proficiency and Turkish language required
- Strong technical acumen with solid knowledge of analytic tools and processes
- Intermediate Power BI and Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/technical sciences (preferred)
- Previous experience supporting NCR Atleos’ financial products and knowledge of NCR Atleos’ hardware solutions (preferred)
- Experience working in an L2 support team (preferred)
