About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Test, repair, configure, and dispatch ATM PC Cores
- Perform manual handling involving light to medium lifting and occasional use of ladders up to 3 metres
- Unbox PC cores, verify specifications, and test using Quick tech Pro
- Load live images via the existing imaging server and configure communications
- Label cores with site details, package kits, and generate RICO labels
- Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinate retrieval from the secondary warehouse, and track outgoing items
- Diagnose and resolve Out-of-Box Failures using depot spare parts or salvaged returns
- Sort returned cores and recover usable units or parts for future upgrades
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal English skills; able to follow instructions and scripts accurately
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, to develop and maintain spreadsheets and create summary status reports
- Able to operate engineering tools, including multimeters, test equipment, and drill machines
- Desktop PC hardware and software loading experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing time effectively to meet targets
- Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
