Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Lead design of scalable, high-performance, cloud-ready applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular
Design and implement RESTful APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures
Build modern user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies
Develop reusable frameworks and components
Ensure application reliability, availability, security, and performance
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and development governance
Review architecture, code quality, security, performance, and scalability
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Design and optimize Oracle database solutions using SQL/PLSQL
Develop procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and data integration processes
Support enterprise data models and data architecture initiatives
Enable self-service reporting and intelligent data access
Optimize database performance through query tuning and performance analysis
Provide technical oversight and support for mission-critical enterprise applications
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues
Support deployments, release management, and application lifecycle management
Drive platform stability, incident reduction, and operational automation
Partner with Product Owners, Business Leaders, Solution Architects, and application development teams
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Influence strategic technology decisions and innovation initiatives
Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaboration
Design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models
Develop AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, Copilot, OpenAI, and Claude
Develop conversational AI agents and intelligent assistants
Define prompt engineering strategies and model optimization techniques
Lead automation efforts across the MDM Organization
Drive responsible AI implementation, governance, security, and compliance practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10 years of experience in enterprise application development and software engineering
Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, and Oracle technologies
Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microservices and distributed systems
Experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions
Strong background in enterprise platforms, system integration, and production support
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, architecture reviews, and modernization initiatives
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
