About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across territories and customer segments
- Drive customer acquisition and expansion by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market initiatives
- Build relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
- Represent Ndustrial at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Develop sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Present updates to executive leadership
- Champion a customer-centric sales culture aligned with Ndustrial’s values
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Lead and grow Ndustrial’s sales organization
- Position Ndustrial as the market leader in energy optimization for industrial facilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, energy management, or industrial technology sectors
- Proven experience selling into cold chain customers and a strong understanding of the cold chain market and its operational challenges
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
- Strong expertise in building, mentoring, and managing scalable sales teams
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Familiarity with the industrial energy landscape and sustainability initiatives is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with agility and resilience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
