About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strong proficiency with the Neara software platform and translate its functionality and value to customers
  • Work closely with customers, including meaningful on-site customer time
  • Drive and embed customer use of the Neara platform and enable proficient organizational adoption
  • Ensure adopted solutions are delivered as contractually scoped and achieve identified business outcomes
  • Understand customer strategic imperatives and business goals to guide where Neara solutions can enable or enhance them
  • Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor, including support for workflow and change-management requirements outside the core Neara scope
  • Define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics with customers
  • Establish internal reporting cadences and value-delivery reviews
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer use and adoption into additional Neara solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with a broad range of customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to drive customer happiness, platform adoption, growth, and measurable value demonstration
  • Design and deliver customer-focused training sessions and workshops
  • Identify emerging client needs and strategic opportunities to inform account strategies and growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management, ideally within a large consulting organization
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments
  • Experience in software engineering or other relevant technical experience
  • Experience developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks mapped to client strategic and business priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities and ability to translate customer outcomes into technical solutions
  • Strong external stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Proactive problem-solving and creative solution development
  • Skilled in programming, data integration, macros, and various software languages
  • Experience within infrastructure, specifically the energy sector, is a plus but not essential
