About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and operationalize the Customer Success Operations function in the US
  • Develop the function from an early-stage foundation into a mature operating model
  • Define and embed project management and customer engagement best practices
  • Provide targeted coaching for priority projects
  • Design and maintain project tracking and reporting infrastructure
  • Surface project status, risks, and value delivery through team, regional, and global executive dashboards
  • Set standards for team structure, resource allocation, and contract review processes with Product and Engineering
  • Design and maintain Customer Success onboarding and continuous learning systems
  • Track and surface team sustainability signals to leadership
  • Ensure individual contributor insights reach leadership and proactively manage burnout risk
  • Collaborate face-to-face with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership role across Customer Success or Professional Services
  • Deep experience driving complex software implementations, delivery excellence, or PMO strategy
  • Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation, enterprise software deployments, or operational change programs
  • Deep understanding of governance, risk mitigation, and value realization
  • Track record of building or substantially redesigning project management standards, rituals, or PMO functions
  • Ability to work at strategic and execution levels
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex project status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and customers
  • Ability to design and implement reporting, dashboards, and tracking systems
  • Confidence working with project management tools such as Fibery, Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Experience within infrastructure and the energy sector is a plus but not essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the country for which applying
