About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and strengthen Neara’s account-based marketing program
  • Personally own ABM strategy and execution for high-priority or complex accounts
  • Identify patterns across accounts and translate them into scaled campaigns, content priorities, events, and executive engagement opportunities
  • Lead and coach the regional ABM team
  • Codify ABM playbooks and align target accounts to measurable marketing objectives
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve account data quality, goal tracking, visibility, and benchmarks
  • Develop integrated account programs balancing tailored account work with scalable programs
  • Lead regular account reviews and reallocate resources based on performance
  • Share successful plays, account intelligence, and customer stories across teams and regions
  • Establish an operating rhythm between ABM, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on expertise with a wide variety of ABM channels
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing for complex accounts and buying committees
  • Ability to develop and execute campaigns independently
  • Ability to review engagement data and diagnose stalled accounts
  • Ability to identify intermediate milestones across long sales cycles and connect them to revenue outcomes
  • Ability to measure ABM value beyond traditional metrics and communicate value clearly
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, test new approaches, and change course when needed
  • Experience or capability as a player-coach leading and developing an ABM team
  • New York area preferred; open to hybrid or remote
  • Legal authorization to work in the country for which applying
