About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end delivery for complex, high-value enterprise software engagements from kickoff through go-live and handover
  • Apply and reinforce project management best practices and standards
  • Maintain project tracking and reporting covering status, risks, milestones, and value delivery
  • Roll project information into team-level rituals and leadership dashboards
  • Identify risks and blockers early and coordinate resolution across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Partner with the VP of Customer Success to refine PMO tooling, templates, and reporting infrastructure
  • Support contract and scope reviews with Product and Engineering
  • Design and maintain Customer Success onboarding and continuous learning systems
  • Shape and operationalize the new PMO function and influence global operations strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience across Customer Success, Professional Services, or PMO
  • Deep experience driving complex software implementations, delivery excellence, or PMO strategy
  • Direct experience managing enterprise software projects or large-scale transformation programs
  • Track record of applying and improving project management standards and processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex project status, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership and customers
  • Ability to build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and tracking systems
  • Confidence working with project management tools such as Fibery, Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Experience within infrastructure or the energy sector is a plus but not essential
  • Fluent in English
  • Other European languages preferred
