About the role

  • Translate commercial policy into technical logic with Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Success stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 or more years of commercial software development experience, including experience with enterprise architectures like Salesforce or NetSuite
  • Deep proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including system design, data modeling, and security design patterns
  • Ability to rigorously audit AI-generated code for performance, edge cases, and architectural integrity
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver scalable technical solutions from high-level operational concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience
  • Experience designing defensive system architectures with error handling, auditability, and observability
  • Collaborative mindset balancing low-code platforms with traditional software engineering
  • Comfort bridging out-of-the-box configuration and custom code
  • Hiring in the UK, ideally for on-site in Cambridge, or on the East Coast US for a remote position
