About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary product expert and technical resource for Neat sales teams and partner community
  • Collaborate with sales and partner representatives to communicate the value of Neat’s products, design philosophy, and roadmap
  • Support several sales representatives in customer opportunities and align on customer strategy
  • Oversee technical aspects of product evaluations and proofs of concept
  • Represent the product development team to customers and partners
  • Collect, respond to, evaluate, and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the product team
  • Understand and communicate Neat’s product and feature roadmap and future-state messaging
  • Conduct internal sales-team training on Neat’s technology value and effective product demonstrations
  • Co-host webinars and marketing events
  • Help communicate new product and feature releases to the public

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies
  • Broader knowledge of unified communications and collaboration technologies, including web conferencing and IP telephony, is a plus
  • Strong communication/presentation skills are highly desirable
