About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end on-ground implementation and operations and maintenance of surveillance and IT infrastructure projects
Supervise civil works, foundations, pole installations, junction box installation, cabling, camera installation and alignment, and IT equipment commissioning
Ensure site readiness and compliance with project specifications, quality, safety, regulatory, and project requirements
Coordinate electricity meter connections and activation
Coordinate approvals and inspections with Delhi Police, DCP offices, consultants, electricity distribution companies, civic bodies, and infrastructure authorities
Address and close observations raised by consultants and authorities to obtain final approvals
Coordinate vendors, monitor performance, and resolve site-level challenges
Prepare inspection checklists, reports, approval and commissioning documentation
Support C2i and C3i teams with non-IT rectification work
Provide onsite technology support, troubleshoot PC hardware/software, LAN and voice network issues, coordinate resolutions, install and upgrade PC components and software, respond to outages, and train users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related field
1–2 years of experience in field execution of infrastructure, surveillance, or IT projects
Must have Two Wheeler and Driving License
Strong hands-on experience supervising civil, electrical, and IT infrastructure installation
Ability to coordinate with government authorities, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
Experience handling approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance
Ability to manage multiple vendors and track performance against timelines, quality, and safety standards
Understanding of surveillance systems, power and communication cabling, and basic networking concepts
Ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges with minimal supervision
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools; vocational or technical training may be required for senior support duties
