About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end execution and management of ICT, Data Centre, Networking, and Surveillance projects for government and enterprise customers
Drive business growth through opportunity identification, tender analysis, bid management, and proposal development
Collaborate with sales, finance, delivery partners, and OEMs to improve forecasting, commercial negotiations, and project outcomes
Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, compliance documents, and business presentations for leadership reviews
Manage vendor relationships, customer communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance
Support solution architecture, pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and strategic planning for business expansion
Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
Analyze and document requirements by liaising with organizational users
Manage vendor-task integration and track and review vendor deliverables where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT) required; MBA preferred
15+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure, project management, and government business operations
Experience managing large-scale Safe City/Smart City projects
Experience working with Law Enforcement agencies
Strong knowledge of Data Centre technologies, networking, cloud infrastructure, and surveillance solutions
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, presentations, tender platforms, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, estimates, resource plans, status reporting, risk analysis, project milestones, budgets, quality standards, requirements analysis, and vendor deliverables
