About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the SEIBI project, including upgrades to .NET/Java applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure
Oversee server infrastructure upgrades and migrations supporting .NET and Java applications and Oracle databases
Supervise and execute unit, integration, regression, and performance testing
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the upgrade process
Guide and mentor offshore team members throughout the project lifecycle
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones
Act as the primary technical point of contact for PMOs, developers, DBAs, system administrators, and business stakeholders
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and relevant teams
Ensure upgrades meet organizational security, compliance, and performance standards
Implement and verify backup, rollback, and disaster recovery plans before and after upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of experience
Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing server upgrade projects for .NET, Java, and Oracle environments
Strong hands-on experience with .NET/Java (Framework/Core) and Oracle databases
Experience with Windows server administration, virtualization, and cloud or on-premise environments
Proficiency in project management and technical documentation
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge and experience in NodeJS
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certification in relevant technologies such as Microsoft .NET, Oracle, AWS, or Azure
