About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules, particularly Service Charges and/or Rent Analytics, focusing on system configuration and build
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions remotely and occasionally on-site to customers and internal teams
Provide advice and best practice to current NEC Housing customers
Ensure consultancy and training activities achieve positive customer feedback
Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals
Collaborate with customers via Teams, including recorded training sessions, and adapt delivery styles to different audiences
Stay up to date with Social Housing Management developments and incorporate them into training and consultancy
Work with skilled consultants initially to shadow and complete aspects of the work before independently delivering end-to-end customer projects
Be available for occasional UK travel to customer or company sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

In-depth expertise in Service Charges and/or Rent Analytics processes using Housing Management Software
Demonstrated experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, with strong skills in configuration and build
Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services, achieving positive feedback from diverse audiences
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for end users
Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals
Ability to manage multiple projects once proficient with the system
Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules (desirable)
Familiarity with adult learning principles and training delivery best practices (desirable)
Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required
Satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks required; DBS check may also be required depending on the role
