About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Bring Neko Health’s operating model to life across Florida clinics
  • Lead adoption of playbooks and standards while adapting them to local regulations, team dynamics, and member expectations
  • Coach managers, clinical leads, Lead Doctors, and Clinic Leads; establish expectations and accountability
  • Operationalize readiness for new clinic openings and own go-live success
  • Establish performance metrics, reviews, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices
  • Ensure seamless, premium member experiences and elevate service quality using feedback, NPS insights, and frontline observations
  • Oversee clinic ambiance, cleanliness, presentation, and experiential standards
  • Partner with Lead Doctors on clinical quality, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, documentation, and escalation protocols
  • Own regional operational KPIs and full P&L accountability; develop cost controls and workflow efficiencies
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing models, hiring profiles, ramp plans, and scheduling
  • Contribute to market expansion, clinic launches, and network optimization
  • Recruit, onboard, lead, and coach Clinic Leads and Lead Physicians
  • Build accountability, communication, and collaboration across distributed teams
  • Serve as regional liaison with Customer Support, Facilities, Workforce Planning, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Demand Planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (Area Director, Regional Director, District Leader, General Manager or equivalent) within a premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environment such as premium healthcare-adjacent, wellness, fitness or technology-enabled services with physical operations/stores
  • Ability to be based and/or local travel distance to Miami; this role will be based onsite
  • Demonstrated success implementing and embedding established operating models, standards, and playbooks across multiple locations
  • Strong track record leading clinic-level or site-level leaders
  • Experience operating in regulated environments, with accountability for quality, compliance, and inspection readiness
  • Proven financial and operational acumen, including ownership of regional KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance
  • Ability to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution during growth, new site openings, and organizational change
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed, fast-moving organization
  • Comfort leading through ambiguity and change, with a bias toward action, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution
