About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York
- Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support
- Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data
- Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies
- Escalate findings requiring physician-level review
- Practice with autonomous scope where appropriate and collaborate with Physicians
- Work alongside Operators and cross-functional care teams
- Deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience
- Maintain consistent quality across member visits and improve continuity of care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing
- At least 1+ year of postgraduate experience
- Recent outpatient experience required (at least a year in the past 5 years)
- Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
- Ability to work approximately 23 hours per week across three days
- Friday and Saturday shifts required each week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing and able to work on-site at a clinic location
