About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver the operator onboarding program on site at each new clinic and market opening across the full pre-launch window
  • Teach and assess clinical skills alongside scanning, including phlebotomy and ECG
  • Assess each operator against global competency criteria and sign them off on each device, or extend training where needed
  • Scan during Friends and Family and VIP sessions so trainees can shadow real member encounters and resolve quality gaps in real time
  • Identify and train the local operator education partner during the launch
  • Work with the Clinician Launch Trainer and provide the Launch Manager with an honest readiness position, flagging risks early
  • Run a retrospective after each launch and feed learnings into the clinic-opening playbook

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Registered nurse or nurse practitioner with active, unrestricted licensure, and willingness to obtain licensure in each state or country where Neko opens
  • 5+ years of post-registration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting
  • 3+ years performing phlebotomy and ECG, with the ability to teach and assess both
  • 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical staff, including assessing competency and giving direct, constructive feedback
  • 2+ years running a training program or workstream to a fixed date and handing over cleanly
  • Able to travel for most of your working time, including extended periods on site
  • Adaptable, direct, and calm when a plan changes; comfortable with ambiguity, building relationships quickly, holding the standard under timeline pressure, and leaving sites better set up than found
  • Experience opening a clinic, site, or service, particularly in a new city or country (nice to have)
  • Experience building a local trainer or educator from scratch (nice to have)
  • Instructor certification in basic life support or phlebotomy, or multi-state licensure already held (nice to have)
