About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison across DevOps, DAT, and security/compliance teams
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
  • Develop or modify moderately complex information systems
  • Collaborate with business leadership, stakeholders, and users to define and document requirements, objectives, and success metrics
  • Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions and specifications
  • Support user stories, use cases, and system updates
  • Partner with teams to refine backlog, prioritize work, and support story creation
  • Facilitate communication, consensus-building, and alignment among stakeholders, clients, and technical staff
  • Develop deep understanding of system functionality and business rules
  • Resolve support issues and drive process and product improvements
  • Leverage tools and technology to improve analysis and delivery efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operational Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and data analysis
  • Experience with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or Visio
  • Experience with test management platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • External candidates must reside within a 30-mile radius of Centennial, CO; Lincoln, NE; or Madison, WI
  • Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
