Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project plans defining scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and clarify roles, responsibilities, priorities, and expectations
  • Monitor project performance and communicate progress, risks, issues, decisions, and changes to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating items requiring leadership action
  • Facilitate project meetings and decision-making by preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and tracking commitments
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables through governance and approval processes
  • Coordinate project budgets, resource needs, vendor activities, and related administrative requirements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, effective practices, and appropriate project management tools and methods
  • Support CRM implementation and go-forward strategy post-launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 3-5 years of project management experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Experience developing project plans and managing scope, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Experience communicating project status and facilitating decisions with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Preferred: Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM
  • Preferred: Experience using project management tools and established project management methods
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating budgets, resources, vendors, or change activities
