About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and coordinate the recruitment process, including ad placement, resume sourcing and screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, offers, and candidate follow-up
  • Develop and maintain company-wide recruiting standards and procedures for all organizational levels
  • Develop recruiting strategies that replenish the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, existing teammates, and current/projected client engagements
  • Develop recruiting infrastructure, including resume management systems, marketing collateral, and training for recruiting personnel and hiring managers
  • Present recruiting development updates at team meetings and develop strategies based on company needs
  • Manage recruiting administration, advertising, EEOC documentation, process reviews, and training of recruiting managers or HR staff
  • Develop and monitor recruiting metrics, including Time to Hire reports, open-position tracking, and Request for Approval to Hire processes
  • Plan and participate in university recruiting, job fairs, industry conferences, and other candidate-development events
  • Document candidate profiles, check references, and determine matches for open positions
  • Partner with HR, executives, managers, and practice leaders to implement and sustain recruiting initiatives
  • Provide recruiting best practices and expertise to clients and HR functional areas
  • Provide leadership education on recruiting and retention philosophy, approaches, and tools
  • Participate in implementing reporting to measure HR recruiting strategy success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 5+ years relevant industry experience preferred; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience
  • International recruiting experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily
  • Knowledge, skill, and ability required to coordinate and lead recruiting activities
  • Ability to work with HR, Senior Executives, Managers, and Practice Leaders
  • Must be able to meet the job's essential functions, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable
