About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support managers on HR, management and employee relations matters
- Lead performance management cycles and support the setting of objectives and performance reviews
- Develop, implement and monitor local training plans and associated budgets
- Prepare and facilitate meetings with employee representatives in France and Monaco
- Organise employee representative elections and monitor follow-up actions
- Manage recruitment processes, from publishing job advertisements through to conducting interviews
- Ensure the onboarding and integration of new colleagues
- Ensure compliance of hiring processes in France and Monaco
- Manage departures and offboarding processes
- Monitor developments in French and Monegasque employment law
- Lead annual salary review and bonus campaigns
- Coordinate the volunteering programme and participate in the Group’s “Collective” committee
- Contribute to HR communications
- Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of data in the HRIS
- Manage personnel administration, contracts, absences, benefits and HR documentation
- Update HR policies, procedures, templates and documents
- Organise the monitoring of occupational health appointments
- Manage the company car fleet
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees
- Manage the relationship with the coworking service provider in Monaco
- Organise employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Participate in Group HR projects with teams in the UK and Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a generalist HR or HR Manager role, ideally with experience in French and Monegasque environments
- Ability to independently manage a comprehensive HR remit and support employees and managers on a wide range of topics
- Fluent English, enabling you to work daily in an international environment
- Knowledge and strong command of HR practices in France and Monaco
- Self-motivated, well organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational environment
- Strong generalist HR experience and the ability to handle a broad range of HR matters
- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers
- High level of discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality
- Rigorous, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to present information and data clearly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Team-oriented, collaborative and eager to contribute to company life
