Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor user activity with fraud detection tools and identify suspicious behavior in real time
Investigate fraudulent activity by analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies, and connections between operations
Track emerging fraud techniques, threats, and risk patterns
Monitor and investigate bonus abuse across products
Simulate and describe algorithms and scenarios for detecting risky operations and fraudulent behavior
Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other teams on fraud-related issues and solutions
Provide employee guidance and training on fraud prevention and emerging risks
Lead investigations and coordinate responses to suspected fraud, security breaches, and critical incidents
Prepare and present fraud and risk reports to senior management
Investigate financial-risk incidents and identify root causes and potential impact
Develop and implement corrective measures to mitigate fraud and financial risks

What you’ll need

Degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Previous experience in economics, analytics, statistics, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills with a methodical and logical approach to problem-solving and a high level of accuracy
Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets
Native-level Russian
English at B1+ level or higher
Willingness to work shifts (09:00–17:00 or 17:00–01:00 GMT+3), including weekends when required
Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing effective improvements
Ability to communicate effectively with employees across different levels of the organization, including Senior Management
