About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create engaging banners, graphics, and other visual content for social media platforms
Generate and refine visuals using AI tools and integrate them into polished, high-quality marketing creatives
Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all SMM materials
Create, adapt, and maintain design templates for different social media formats and content needs
Work closely with SMM managers and the creative team to develop and deliver visual content
Contribute new ideas and explore AI tools and workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of visual production
Prepare design materials based on briefs and ensure all deliverables are completed on time

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media content
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs
Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-assisted creative workflows
Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
Awareness of current social media and AI-generated visual trends
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback
Previous experience in the gaming, gambling, betting, or a similar digital industry is nice to have
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with 3D design and related tools is nice to have
