Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, and challenges
Conduct technical assessments and analysis to identify improvement and optimization opportunities
Design and architect innovative solutions using a range of technologies and platforms
Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for client projects
Mentor and guide junior consulting engineers
Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and provide proactive client recommendations
Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients
Create and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery
Strong understanding of networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technical solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
