About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive field marketing strategy for the Northeast/Canada and Mid-Atlantic/Southeast regions
- Translate company and pipeline goals into regional plans with objectives, target segments, accounts, and KPIs
- Allocate regional budget and time for optimal return and align plans with corporate marketing, product marketing, sales, and revenue goals
- Plan and run integrated regional campaigns, including field events, targeted account marketing, executive roundtables, conferences, and digital/local activations
- Partner with sales leadership on targeted account marketing for strategic accounts
- Define, track, and report regional KPIs including MQLs, stage 3 pipeline, meetings, opportunities, and campaign ROI
- Analyze campaign and event results and apply lessons to future programs
- Provide data-driven recommendations for regional planning, budgets, and programs
- Build regional presence and reputation through field marketing events and local thought leadership
- Shape regional positioning and messaging based on competitive and industry trends
- Represent regional opportunities, risks, and market shifts to marketing and sales leadership
- Integrate strategic partners and systems integrators into regional events and campaigns
- Build joint regional programs with priority partners and SIs and track partner contribution
- Own, forecast, and report on field marketing budgets for both regions
- Act as marketing business partner to regional sales teams and optimize activities across channels
- Connect regional sales and BDR/SDR teams with corporate, product, and regional marketing leadership
- Communicate with stakeholders, manage production timelines, and maintain execution alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience
- Experience ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience in the data, AI, or database/graph technology space is a plus
- Proven track record building and executing regional marketing strategy from the ground up
- Strong grasp of targeted account marketing, pipeline metrics, and marketing/sales alignment
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working with partner or channel teams and integrating partners/SIs into field programs is a plus
- Willingness to take ownership of stretch projects
- Creative thinking and willingness to try new campaign ideas
- Self-starter and can-do problem-solver
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proficiency with marketing technology and analytics tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Asana, or similar CRM/MAP/event/project management platforms
- Willingness to travel regularly across both assigned regions
