About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Portfolio Managers in monitoring assigned product portfolio performance
  • Track and organize revenue, volume, pricing, product mix, supply performance, and customer trend information
  • Prepare portfolio review materials, dashboards, reports, and performance analyses
  • Gather and analyze data for portfolio reviews, planning discussions, and business decisions
  • Support product lifecycle management, product updates, portfolio documentation, and lifecycle records
  • Assist with portfolio rationalization, product enhancements, and product change initiatives
  • Gather and summarize customer, market, competitor, and industry information
  • Support market research, competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and customer insight analysis
  • Support portfolio growth, pricing, retention, product adoption, and commercial enablement initiatives
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, Regional teams, and other cross-functional partners
  • Support portfolio projects and initiatives, including meetings, agendas, action items, documentation, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, delays, or issues requiring escalation
  • Support product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and other cross-functional projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Up to three years of professional experience in product management, portfolio management, marketing, commercial operations, project coordination, or a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data or information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and assignments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with teams across multiple functions, regions, and time zones
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required
  • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements
  • Verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States
