About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting candidate communications
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
  • Maintain confidential HR records and assist with data entry and reporting
  • Participate in HR projects focused on talent acquisition, employee experience, and process improvement
  • Assist with internship program activities and networking events
  • Partner with HR team members on special projects and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Previous leadership experience through campus organizations, volunteer work, or employment preferred
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience working on team projects and collaborating with others preferred
