About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and optimize Neogen’s global Eloqua marketing automation platform
  • Design, build, test, and manage email campaigns, lead scoring models, nurture programs, and program canvases
  • Configure, maintain, and improve campaign templates, forms, landing pages, and other automation assets
  • Monitor platform health, email deliverability, system performance, and data synchronization; troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain data integrity in Eloqua, Salesforce, and connected systems
  • Manage contact lists, segmentation, lead scoring, and audience strategies
  • Develop segmentation strategies aligned with customer segments, personas, regions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Support compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and regional requirements
  • Partner with Legal and IT on consent management, preference centers, data governance, and retention
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to marketers
  • Serve as escalation point for campaign, synchronization, platform, and automation issues
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve platform and integration issues
  • Implement and maintain tracking scripts, tags, pixels, and campaign measurement technologies
  • Support testing, quality assurance, and release processes
  • Develop documentation for processes, data flows, configurations, naming conventions, and standards
  • Identify automation opportunities and reduce operational complexity
  • Establish scalable automation standards and best practices
  • Analyze campaign, workflow, and system performance for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, systems, or related marketing technology
  • Experience administering or supporting a platform such as Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or comparable
  • Experience designing and building workflows, email campaigns, nurture programs, forms, landing pages, or lead management processes
  • Experience with CRM systems and CRM/marketing automation integrations
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
  • Experience managing marketing data, segmentation, contact lists, or lead scoring
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email templates, landing pages, tracking, or digital marketing
  • Experience troubleshooting marketing automation, data synchronization, campaign, or system issues
  • Experience supporting data quality and governance in marketing or CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, requests, priorities, and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and other functions
