About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Customer Success activities by helping monitor retailers’ journeys and execute the team’s routines
- Help organize and analyze customer information, performance indicators, and process improvement opportunities
- Develop knowledge of Neogrid solutions, supply replenishment processes, and the needs of the retail sector
- Monitor solution usage, engagement, and results indicators, supporting the identification of deviations and opportunities
- Guide customers and internal teams in using support materials, information, and resources, always under team supervision
- Resolve low-complexity operational requests, escalating situations requiring support or involvement from other teams
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, meetings, reports, and customer follow-up materials
- Help update tracking tools, interaction records, action plans, and other administrative activities of the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Organization and proactivity
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Interest in the retail sector and technology solutions
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Participation in academic projects is a plus
