About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation projects for NeoGrid’s Planning and Replenishment solutions
- Participate in process-mapping and needs-assessment meetings with clients
- Assist with solution configuration and parameterization
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data to support implementation phases
- Conduct queries and analyses on databases using SQL and PostgreSQL
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Support the delivery of customer training and enablement throughout the onboarding process
- Track project timelines, activities, and performance indicators
- Work in partnership with different teams, contributing to successful implementations and a positive customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
- Ability to analyze, process, and interpret data
- Basic knowledge of systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems
- Organization skills and ability to track activities and projects
- Eagerness to continuously learn and develop knowledge of technology, data, and business
- Availability to work in a hybrid model and participate in on-site activities with clients when necessary
- Experience with system implementation or implementation projects is a plus
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Support, or consultative customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of Supply Chain is a plus
- Intermediate English is a plus
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to work is a plus
