Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain collections performance dashboards, including recovery, provision for doubtful debts (PDD), portfolio aging, and efficiency by strategy/channel
Measure the ROI of mass collections initiatives, including AI agents, extrajudicial notifications, letters, and email, and recommend adjustments
Analyze the business customer (PJ) portfolio and identify companies with potential for payroll-deductible lending expansion, as well as high-risk companies to avoid or block, for the Credit team
Support monthly and quarterly target planning and simulate achievement scenarios
Translate findings and insights into practical recommendations for the team, creating a deliverables roadmap and action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Adaptability to handle different scenarios and challenges in a dynamic environment
Results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives
Autonomy and collaboration to work productively in a remote environment
Advanced SQL
Advanced Excel
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar)
Practical use of generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate analyses, create data automations, and support the development of dashboards and reports
Knowledge of business credit, delinquency, or collections is desirable
Python and basic statistics for risk prioritization models are a plus
